Job Description
FUNCTIONAL ROLE
Reports to Senior Management and prepares proposals/bids, contracts, and invoices. Works with Project Managers to provide administrative support and job progress tracking and billing.
- Assist with the administration of contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Assist Project Managers with preparing and submitting detailed proposals/bids
- Manage contracts and change orders with vendors and subcontractors based on information provided by the Project Managers
- Prepare monthly project billing using both QuickBooks invoicing and G702/G703 (pay application) format based on subcontractor billing and input from the Project Manager
- Collect necessary paperwork from subcontractors, including but not limited to insurances, certified payrolls, licenses & certifications
- Meets deadlines with little direction
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in pay apps, project related accounts payable and receivable
- Engineering, construction or architectural industry experience or education
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to work with others to solve problems and resolve issues
