We are a rapidly growing E Commerce management company. We are currently looking for Account Managers to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and assist them with any questions they may have.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide goals.
· Assist with clients during the onboarding process
· Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account
· Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
· Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customers
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
· according to customer needs and objectives
· Prepare reports on account status
· Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
· Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
