Customer Service Representative

Farmers Insurance is looking for a highly motivated individual interested in an amazing entry level Customer Service opportunity.

As an entry level Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will assist existing customers with their policies, process requests for insurance quotes from prospective customers, and market insurance products or services within the community. This position holds a base salary plus bonus and commission opportunities.

•          Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

•          Assist customers with filing insurance claims.

•          Process customer policy change requests.

•          Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

•          Take premium payments from customers.

•          Answer incoming phone calls.

•          Return all phone messages promptly.

•          Generate insurance quotes.

•          Provide exceptional customer service.

•          Participate in community events.

•          Possess a P&C License or willing to obtain.

•          Highly self-motivated.

•          Outstanding ability to multi-task and follow-thru.

•          Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

•          Previous office experience highly preferred.
