Job Description

A successful family is seeking a polished individual to function as the Household Manager of our new residence. This is a hybrid role which will involve daily family scheduling needs, vendor management, household maintenance, as well as managing a variety of personal and business projects. If you’re a proactive, motivated individual eager to act as a strategic partner to a prestigious Welsh family, then this is the role for you! The principles are entrepreneurial, highly successful, and eager to find a trusted partner to take ownership and be able to grow in the role. Applicants are to work from their location

Manage the family’s calendar of appointments, meetings, event, etc. Communications and schedule management between third-party vendors such as gardeners, house cleaners and contractors
Support the family with hiring needs
Coordinate extensive international and domestic travel for the family, hotels, transportation
General house upkeep and management
Assist the Principle with their needs for their businesses such as a variety of operational projects, meeting preparations and materials, and administrative work.

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a personal assistant preferred, high end hospitality or administrative experience a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of what it takes to run a household – maintenance, cleaning, organization, etc.
Highly organized and tech savvy with excellent follow up
Strong attention to detail and articulate communication skills
Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable when it comes to solving problems
Ability to work a flexible schedule as well as run errands and be at the house as needed
