Customer Service Rep - Promotions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face customer service sales and promotional activities with customers
• Build relationships with customers to drive sales and promote customer loyalty
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall team goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Availability to work Monday to Friday with weekends off
