Kuenzi Accounting Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team! Our Company, Kuenzi Accounting Solutions (KAS), is a newly formed subsidiary of a respected Willamette Valley CPA firm, Kuenzi & Company. We are actively building a firm to provide client accounting and advisory services. What is this exactly?

If so, we might be a match. • You are comfortable with working on several projects and or clients at a time • You enjoy working with a team that is constantly learning, reflecting and adapting • You deliver timely results with precision • You have a desire to work for a growing practice focused on using technology, systems and expertise to further our client success Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Oversee client accounting production team activities, including timely entries of financial transactions to ensure accurate and up to date financial records for all general ledger accounts, as well as payroll processing • Ensure all client accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. • Reconcile or oversee reconciliation of general ledger accounts, bank statements, credit card statements, and tax reports monthly. • Support continual improvement in client delivery, practice documentation and standardization • Maintain client document management system • Assist with new client onboarding and training • Assist with internal day to day staff coaching and training Qualifications • College accounting degree and three or more years of related work experience • Public accounting experience preferred but not required • Data management and analysis skills • Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite • General knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations • Able to work well with a team, as well as independently • Requires excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to follow through • Adapt to change, open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure and is flexible to changing needs and deadlines In addition to a competitive salary, this position offers a range of benefits, including: • Annual Paid Time Off: 8 holidays and an allotment of PTO based on years of service • Health Insurance (medical, dental): firm offers monthly contribution to offset cost of group premium • Retirement: Simple IRA plan with 3% employer match • Annual performance bonus program Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: 65000.00 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
