Guidewire Experienced Insurance Claim Call Center software for property and casualty insurance ~ We are seeking multiple Call Center Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Call Center CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives) needed for major insurance company taking claims calls from clients with storm/hurricane damage. Must be able to work overtime and weekends. $13 per hour. Call Center Customer Service Experience is a must! Qualified applicants must have proficient computer/typing skills, professional appearance and strong work ethic.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Basic data entry for in coming claims calls
- Previous experience with Guidewire software for property and casualty insurance is a MUST!
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Customer should "hear a smile over the phone"
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
