Expanding office Vermont seeks energetic, self-motivated and Goal oriented individuals for our Customer Service Specialist positions to work with Labor Unions, Credit Unions, and other associations. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction while matching client needs to products and services. Daily tasks include inbound/outbound calls, scheduling new appointments, client policy reviews, data entry, and servicing requested benefits. The Management position overlooks the Customer Service Specialist position. These are full-time positions with great weekly hours.
