Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for KKC’s financial budgeting, forecasting and reporting as well as providing business unit leaders with data analysis and support across the company’s various geographic markets and corporate cost centers. The role will assemble data, perform detailed analyses, and produce financial models and reports to assist functional leadership teams with generating fact-based recommendations that align with KKC’s strategies for growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare key parts of KKC’s financial budgeting, forecasting and reporting process.
• Manage and review monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the company’s private equity owner, lender syndicate and board of directors.
• Coordinate with business unit leaders and executive team members to produce department reviews that track and monitor performance against primary objectives.
• Develop and manage financial models in support of investments in various initiatives including ongoing rebate programs, customer equipment partnerships and buildout of KKC’s National Accounts platform.
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to utilize financial modeling, critical reasoning and process analysis.
• Strong attention to detail; dedication to accuracy and data integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required.

Location Requirement: Hybrid- Atlanta. Some travel required.

Compensation: Competitive base salary and bonus eligibility.

Required education & experience:

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting
• 5+ years of overall professional experience
• 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
• 3+ years of experience with an ERP software platform (NetSuite or Hyperion Essbase)

Perferred experience:

• 3+ years of working experience using data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
