This internship is ONLY offered to current undergraduate college students. If you are not a college student, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. This internship is unpaid and can ONLY be offered to a CURRENT college student who is eligible to receive college credit for the internship. The Marketing/Communications Internship at Krietzberg Wealth Management is a for-credit internship only and is unpaid. The intern will work directly with the Practice Manager, who is a seasoned public relations professional and Accredited in Public Relations. The intern will work on a variety of tasks that fall under the marketing and communications umbrella.
Produce newsletters and other communications via Constant Contact, our email marketing program, using pre-approved content.
Schedule blog posts for our website using pre-approved content.
Write organic content as opportunities arise.
Help plan and implement special events, including client appreciation events, networking events, staff events, and education events.
Help research, design and measure social media ad campaigns and regular interaction.
Assist with list management through Constant Contact and our Client Relationship Management system.
Work with our website team to update content and modify design on our website as needed.
Assist with the branding process on new projects.
Offer ideas for new and unique ways to communicate with our clients and centers of influence.
Sit in on weekly staff meetings.
Solid writing and editing skills.
Polished, outgoing and professional, both in-person and on the phone.
Creative thinking skills.
Organized and thorough, and must be able to meet realistic deadlines.
Command of standard computer programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Constant Contact, or experience in social media marketing and advertising a plus.
Looking for a student who has had some general coursework in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations, but will consider any student who is otherwise qualified.
Interns are not eligible for any wages or benefits. Interns are not considered employees of Lincoln Financial (LFN), will not be performing work for LFN, but may perform small office tasks or assist with projects as part of your training. The training you will receive is for your educational benefit and you will be closely supervised at all times. You are not guaranteed future internships or employment from your participation in the program.
