The Studio Customer Service Associate will work closely with the Studio Manager to maintain the successful daily operations of the studio. The Customer Service Associate will serve as a main point of contact for clients arriving and departing, as well as acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments. They will ensure client needs and requests are handled professionally and efficiently.
This position requires outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and attentive demeanor. This position requires weekend and evening availability.
Greet all clients and visitors to the studio.
Support the Studio Managers.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Evenings and weekends are required.
Strong communication skills
