Job Description

Are you great at using QuickBooks and love complex math problems? If so, read on.

We are a small IT Managed Service Provider in Las Vegas, NV and we are seeking individuals who can handle all functions of accounting, manage employees and multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

Bank Reconciliation
Policies and procedures documentation
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Collections
Payment Processing
Inventory
Quarterly Govt. filings
Invoicing Clients
Payroll
Answering phones
Insurance
Dispatch/Scheduling
Light HR

Requirements:
Associates or bachelors degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of work related experience
Strong knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks is mandatory
Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Social skills and the desire to work directly with clientele
Have a strong mind and willing and able to focus on the work at hand
Willing and able to learn the current system and do it accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Understand efficiency, accuracy are critical, consistency is key, and attention to detail a must.
Be able to work on your own efficiently and effectively to get in by the end of the day.
MS Suite including Outlook experience and proficiency
Must be organized, know how to prioritize, and keep ahead of the curve.
Trustworthy, willing to accept responsibility, and set up checks and balances
