My client is seeking a experienced financial controller or accountant who can build and lead a team of accountants. To be considered, you should be a CPA and have experience with accounting management as a senior team lead or manager. A Master's is preferred, but not required. Experience in Manufactured housing, Property Management, Real Estate Management, REIT, is a plus.
