Salary: 120-140k + commission + ESOP Inc. is an industry leader in indoor location services and BLE beacons. Our mission is to help businesses tap into the value of indoor location and sensor data.

With the aim of bringing growth to the next level, we are opening the position of

SME Sales Director (IoT)

The key focus of this role is to develop and drive the growth of the SME sales team in the US and Europe. 

Sales management means planning, forecasting, execution and building a business, diving deep into industry verticals (healthcare and workspaces), ensuring the team meets financial targets.

As a leader you will drive long term strategy behind inside sales and lead planning activities with the team to define and execute on B2B growth initiatives for SME business. You will also be an owner of building, scaling and continuously improving the inside sales processes and function. 

As a sales individual with proven track record of exceeding sales quota you will perform sales responsibilities such as:

  • Closing new business opportunities
  • Responding to inbound and outbound interest
  • Engaging prospects, nurturing opportunities and close key accounts

You should apply now if you have:

  • Experience in the RTLS, IoT, Location Technology SaaS solutions for the healthcare and/or workspaces vertical
  • High-growth start-up experience
  • Experience in building and managing global sale team
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 5-10% of a company) in past positions
  • Hunter and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
  • Experience in developing international strategic accounts, acting locally and in HQ organizations
  • Experience demonstrating high-tech products and solutions based selling
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
