Konik is partnering with a full-service office furniture dealership seeking a Project Manager to oversee the installation of furniture products for workplace projects. The Project Manager, in collaboration with an account team, will plan and execute complex installations that meet clients' expectations.

As the Project Manager, you will:

• Attend construction meetings
• Perform site verifications and field measures
• Obtain COIs from service partners and supply them to property managers
• Conduct punch list
• Participate in inventory management requests
• Coordinate with installation contractors, IT and electrical trades
• Schedule and facilitate pre-installation meetings to review details and specific job requirements; ensure all necessary paperwork is provided to the installation team.
• Manage reconfigures for clients.
• Oversee onsite labor and regularly visit installations to monitor progress and quality of work
• Maintain high-level relationships with install partners, General Contractors, and clients

Your background:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in an office furniture dealership, interior design, customer service, or project management role
• Has a strong understanding of commercial construction timelines
• Able to read floor plans
• Familiar with systems furniture; MillerKnoll product knowledge is ideal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with CAP 20/20, Project Matrix, and PlanGrid is preferred
• Able to work early morning, late evenings, and weekends on occasion
