Talent Acquisition ManagerHibbing, MN AreaDirect-HireKonik PrimeStaff is partnered with an international company that is building a steel mine in the Hibbing area of Northern Minnesota. They are seeking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to their team to spearhead their recruitment efforts.Talen Acquisition Manager Responsibilities: Spearhead all recruitment initiatives Support development of a recruitment plan based on identified manpower needs across a wide variety of functions, ensuring alignment with allocated budget Conduct relevant recruitment events, including campus placements at top colleges & universities Identify recruitment partners based on recruitment needs Coordinate & prepare job descriptions for all positions Prepare recruitment tracker, coordinate interviews, and provide regular updates to management Provide clarifications to candidates regarding job specifications, roles and responsibility Conclude salary negotiations with shortlisted... candidates and ensure a win-win situation Prepare final employment contract for selected candidate in line with the approved job opening, salary structure, and company policies Conduct background checks for selected candidates and taking appropriate actions, in the event that results are unsatisfactory Facilitate onboarding of selected candidates, including coordinating relocation logistics, if required, as well as induction programs that highlight the company's values, culture, and change initiatives Oversee the development of onboarding checklist, guidelines, and a comprehensive employee handbook for a successful and efficient onboarding Ensure official email, company laptop, company ID card, access card, etc.
