The position:
We are looking for an energetic, creative and hard-working key holder for our Boston stores.
The responsibilities of the position include:
- Greeting customers and creating engagement with merchandise to provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor as well as the stockroom.
- Processing POS (point of sale) purchases
- Achieving and exceeding personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your store manager
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of the brands and merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity
- Client development beyond the initial transaction; utilizing phone, email and written follow-up contact
- Safeguarding the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss prevention program
- Following all store operational policies and procedures
The requirements needed:
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
- Must posses a professional appearance and have a love for fashion
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Sales driven and goal-oriented
