Location: Coral Springs, FL

Remote/Work from home, as well as weekly in person team meetings, networking, and client visits.

Job Type: Full-Time

Rate: Base Salary ($40,000 to $60,000 commensurate with experience) + commission. Benefits including: health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan with employer match, car expense reimbursement, cell phone, laptop, expenses allowance.

We currently have an opening for an Outside Sales Executive. We seek a high energy, highly motivated, driven sales professional with a proven track record of selling technology services to the small and midsized business sector. Candidate must be self-directed and able to work independently. You will identify new sales opportunities for our services. Successful candidates will possess exceptional presentation skills and strong ability to find and develop new business opportunities. You will target small and midsized companies and perform research to develop them into clients. You will also develop and implement effective marketing and sales campaigns.

 

Job Responsibilities:

· Present and sell suite of services to potential clients.

· Establish and maintain potential client relationships.

· Prepare complex proposals with multiple hardware, software and services options.

· Demonstrate sales leadership and ability to develop sales strategies for closing major opportunities.

· Represent proposed solutions to senior management and C-level.

· Develop and implement strategies to create new business revenue.

· Work independently to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue target.

· Manage account service through quality checks and other follow-up.

· Identify markets, manage territories, cold call, qualify and develop prospects.

· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

· Setup first time appointments for Business Technology Assessments with prospects.

· Qualify new prospects uncovered through own lead generation and prospecting activities.

· Engage in networking events on a regular basis.

· Maintain a highly active sales pipeline.

· Work with prospects to identify needs and recommend solutions to address those needs.

· Track all sales activities in CRM system.

· Conduct daily prospecting activities including cold calling, email and social media prospecting

 

Qualifications:

· Strong technology background and understanding of the industry.

· Must be fluent in the process of solution selling.

· Strong knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM is a requirement.

· Excellent communication skills – oral and written.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to attend networking events outside of regular business hours.

· Access to reliable transportation.

· Presentation skills.

· Willingness to learn products and services offered.

Required Experience:

· 2-5+ years of outside technology solution sales experience.

· Successful proven track record of identifying and developing new business through prospecting and meeting sales quotas.
