Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office and warehouse. Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping Answers phone calls, schedule showroom appointments and support customers.

Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Helping to respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels. Assisting with resolving customer complaints. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with team members as necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of our company. Requirements Experience as an office assistant or in related field.

Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary. Warm/Energectic personality with strong communication skills. Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.

Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems that others easily utilize Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development.
