Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage lead flow and be point of contact for client projects from beginning to end.
• Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Provide both virtual and in-home kitchen consultations
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
• Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and follow instructions for the sales process.
• Bonus opportunities for generating own leads at home shows, other networking, industry, canvassing, local events, etc.
