Kitchen Tune-Up in the Tri-City, NE Area is rapidly growing and seeking an enthusiastic in-home specialty remodeling professional for the role of Kitchen Sales Consultant/Marketing Specialist.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
  • Conduct scheduled “virtual” and "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners.
  • Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed.
  • Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
  • Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
  • Collaborates and communicates with franchise owner and sales manager to ensure a complete cabinet order.
  • Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams.
 

  • Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover necessary details.
  • Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
  • Track and maintain notes in a CRM database.
  • Marketing through different channels including professional referrals, and Home Shows or other in-person events (as allowed with Covid restrictions)
  • Willing to develop account-based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms
 

Job Requirements:

  • In Home Sales Experience a plus
  • English/Spanish speaking a plus
  • Maintain 30% or higher closing rate 
  • Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Attend KTU weekly sales coaching call (min 3 per month).
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor suitable to working in our client’s homes
  • Speak clearly using appropriate language and vocabulary
  • Able to work days, some evenings and some weekend appointments as well as share home/trade show rotation.
  • Must be tech / social media savvy – phone/pad
  • Must have reliable transportation

Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 plus bonus opportunities.
