Graphics Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Graphics Shop Manager to join our team. Our business has designed interactive kiosks for the past 30 years. We have developed both hardware and software for hundreds of interpretive exhibits, transactional kiosks, sales exhibits, and training programs. As the Graphics Shop Manager, you will work with our team to ensure that high-quality graphics are produced for our interactive kiosks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-format printing and laminating, as well as graphic design experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare graphics for production, including creation of proofs
• Operate and maintain Canon Arizona flat-bed UV printer, a Roland VersaCamm vinyl printer, and a 54" Seal Laminator
• Trim and install graphics on multiple substrates
• Provide customer support for questions and graphic submissions
• Manage shop inventory
• Perform daily maintenance on printers
• Collaborate with our team to develop custom graphics/branding for interactive kiosks
• Lay out technical documentation for our kiosk customers
• Create internal marketing collaterals and social media posts

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic production
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
• Expertise with the major graphic file types
• Great customer communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
• Ability to research and solve problems as they arise
• Experience with Onyx and VersaCamm RIP software
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
• Creative thinker, with attention to detail and a sophisticated design sense
• Ability to create new custom graphics/branding
• Ability to lay out new technical documentation for our kiosk customers
• Ability to create internal marketing collaterals, social media posts
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
