Project Manager
Industry: Commercial Construction
Established General Contractor with 40 years of industry commercial construction experience. $75m in turnover, expertise in the interior and retail markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Project Meetings with Owners and subcontractors
- Adherence to safety standards
- Exceed profit expectations
- Manage project budget
- Collaborate on pre-construction packages.
- RFIs and submittals
- Work closely with site superintendents.
- Supervise Assistant Project Managers
Experience Required
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience using PROCORE is preferred but not required
- Experience on projects such as retail and restaurants is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
