Ideal Candidate:
Sales Manager must be results-driven and highly self-motivated. To succeed in this position, one must actively seek out and engage customer prospects by creating a demand for Company products to boost top line revenue growth, customer acquisition and levels of profitability.
Responsibilities:
· Selling products and services to prospective customers and clients
· Performing cost-benefit analyses with potential customers
· Developing and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future and continuous sales
· Reach out to customer leads
· Perform basic customer service duties such as follow up, shelving, stocking, answering questions, etc.
· Analyze the territory/Market’s Potential
· Supply management with sales reports to indicate all sales made, potential leads, etc.
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
· Expedite the resolution of all customer problems and complaints
Goals/KPI:
· Build accounts that bring in a minimum of $25,000/mo. revenue
· Open B2B accounts with health food stores, groceries, vitamin shops, vape shops, etc.
Requirements:
· Previous Experience as an Account Manager
· Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders of all levels
· Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
· Ability to maintain sharp attention to detail
· Motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
Preferences:
Solid Experience with CRM (Zoho)
Solid Knowledge of MS office (Word and Excel)
BA/BS degree
3 years of nutritional supplement sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.000.00 plus commission
