Administrator/Office Manager Bachelors in Psychology/Healthcare Admin

We are seeking detailed-oriented, experienced, and organized Healthcare Manager to join our growing group. In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing all operations and acting as a liason between staff, departments and patients. You will work with a team of Professionals and staff to develop a team approach at structuring the entire organization. Provide tools for management support for patients, and follow-up on patient improvements and goals with dedicated staff.

  • We are currently recruiting for our Corporate offices in Houston and oversee satellite offices in: Kingwood and Sugar Land
  • Evaluate departments and staff through observations, surveys, interviews, and other methods
  • Analyze operations and staff to ensure that compliance and patient quality care is being provided
  • Establish timelines, tasks, goals, and needs of patients
  • Develop and carry out plans for development and improvement
  • Monitor operations progress and quality assurance
  • Work with patient families, and individuals with any issue or concern pertaining to care
  • Identify business opportunities and/ or areas for improvement
  • Develop programs to improve operations
  • Lead by Example, Motivate and educate staff to enhance individual performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Healthcare Business or Certified Healthcare Management
  • Certification or Degree ONLY CONSIDERED
  • 2-5 years of experience in the field and working with behavioral health is a Plus
  • Participation in further medical education and professional organization memberships are preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compassionate and sensitive to patients’ needs and concerns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have Active Texas Drivers license in good standing
  • Must have EXPERIENCE in a healthcare setting
  • Must know Credentialing and Insurance benefits for carrier types
  • Bilingual preferred a PLUS +++++ Not required

SALARY: DOE
