A call center company providing essential government services related to Covid-19 (coronavirus) is urgently looking for Call Center Customer Service Representatives. In this position you will:

• Handling Inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain a professional demeanor with all customers providing services with courtesy and patience
• Provide accurate information in a timely, professional and courteous format.

MUST HAVE:

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Good listening skills
A clear speaking voice
Sound understanding of computer navigation
Ability to accurately record information / enter data in a computer application

HOURS :
This campaign is operational all seven days a week. Work schedule may include one weekend day. Day and Evening Hours available. Some overnight shift openings..

RATE OF PAY:
• $15.00/hour Plus
• Some positions offer shift and language differential

Our facility is conveniently located inside the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park.

We are walking distance from the N and R lines as well as the B9, B11, and B37 lines.

We are also centrally located to the BQE and Belt Parkway as well as the NYC ferry stopping at Sunset Park Brooklyn.
