Job Description

 We are a call center based in Brooklyn, New York that supports government and other clients for their customer service programs. We have been in business for over 26 years and have approximately 500 employees actively working on many different client programs. We are currently looking for individuals that are interested in Customer Service Representative roles. In this position you will be:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Maintaining a professional demeanor with all customers providing services with courtesy and patience
• Providing accurate information in a timely, professional and courteous format. (Please note this is a customer
   service position and not a sales or telemarketing position.)
* Bilingual Positions are also available (English-Spanish)

Paid training is provided by the company for all programs. There are both short term and long term opportunities including promotion into other positions as we promote from with-in.

MUST HAVE:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Good listening skills
A clear speaking voice
Sound understanding of computer navigation
Ability to accurately record information / enter data in a computer application

HOURS :
The call center is operational all seven days a week. Work schedule may include at least one weekend day. Day and Evening Hours available.

RATE OF PAY:
• $15.00Plus / hour
   Some positions offer shift and language differential

Our facility is conveniently located inside the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park.

We are walking distance from the N and R lines as well as the B9, B11, and B37 lines.

We are also centrally located to the BQE and Belt Parkway as well as the NYC ferry stopping at Sunset Park Brooklyn.
