Job Description
Summary: Maintenance of office buildings and all other facilities in the need of repairs. Maintenance of floors, ceilings, walls, roof, plumbing, moving of personnel to different locations, and support to build furniture or minor adjustments to condition offices. Receiving materials for other departments by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
  • Repair failures in floors, walls, ceiling, roof, paint, sprinkler system inside and outside of all our properties.
  • Provide support in moving offices.
  • Attend to requests from different departments.
  • Remodeling offices to condition the space in all buildings.
  • Purchasing materials, tools, and supplies to fill the job requisitions.
  • Set up the air conditioner temperature in all the premises.
  • Maintenance of tools and equipment used in our department.
  • Control of vehicles according to the reservations and car requests.
  • Manage key inventory for all the buildings and new key requests for all departments.
  • Transportation and supplies for events inside and outside of our premises.
  • Operate forklift, bobcat, lift boom, and other machinery and equipment.
  • Transportation for heavy load.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses:
CDL License required and forklift license preferred but not required. 

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
