King Support Systems Insurance Services is a leading California provider of Mobile Home, Homeowner, Mobile Home Park, Small Business and Professional Liability insurance programs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconciliation, disbursement and deposits of eCheck and CC remittances.
- Post, balance and deposit insurance policy remittances.
- Disburse overpayment and cancellation refunds.
- Process and Disburse Agency commissions.
- Correspond with Agents.
- Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & OTHER ABILITIES:
- High volume, fast paced, multi-entity record keeping. Ability to work in this type of environment is a must.
- Typing of 60 wpm and 10-key by touch.
- Proficient in Excel.
- QuickBooks Desktop.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, utmost attention to detail and ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Accounting experience preferred.
