Job Description
The Land Development Project Manager will: Work to ensure builders, after the land sale, succeed in the market and meet the vision of Greenbridge through the design guidelines. Work on property offerings, purchase and sale agreements, and design guidelines; complete property closings; lead in all areas of project implementation; responsible for the successful schedule and budget performance, management and close out of projects. Write easements, work on all aspects of permitting up to 15 environmental and infrastructure permit approvals leading up to final plat recording; obtain and interpret complex title reports; coordinate with the Greenbridge Association; partner agency communication; negotiate, develop, and edit contracts. Complete scope preparation; develop and implement plat construction contracts, cost estimating, inspections and approvals; obtain land development permits and agreements; maintain and manage KCHA permits, and continuity of operations.
