About the Role:

We're looking for a new team member who can use their technical and customer service skills to dazzle our clients, while also learning and advancing quickly, playing a key role in our company growth. This opening is for a Level 1 Support Technician to handle onsite client requests and incoming phone calls for our help desk. We are looking for a team member with great customer service skills and technical ability to handle this dynamic role. This role is designed to fuel your growth as a tech and catapult you wherever you'd like to move in your career.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2 years experience supporting both PC & Mac workstations
  • Experience providing technical phone support and in person support
  • Strong professional and technical communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A calm and focused approach in a fast-paced help desk environment
  • The ability to be receptive and action-oriented in response to constructive feedback
  • A passion for developing hard and soft skills and career advancement

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work directly with our clients to address desktop support issues
  • Provide technical support by phone at a variable schedule per week
  • Monitor our escalation channel to triage, resolve, and filter alerts
  • Document technical issues and take ownership of escalating issues to the appropriate resource
  • Participate in a reasonable on-call rotation system
