We're searching for a dependable, dedicated, executive assistant to support all operations in this start-up firm.

  • Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to join our team.
  • This position is designed for a candidate with aspirations to move out of administrative functions and into an organization leadership or individual contributor role.
  • Support Deep Vision’s CEO with scheduling, travel, gatekeeping and project management coordination across the leadership team, Board, and external constituents.
  • Confidently engage in coordinating meetings, activities and commitment tracking.
  • Pull together board presentations, customer presentations and other collateral together for CEO meetings
  • High Integrity, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Candidates must be comfortable problem-solving and making independent decisions in a fast-paced work environment
  • Role will allow for the aspirational candidate to grow in the area of Outbound Marketing/Marcom working with the company’s Marketing leadership. This includes managing social media (LI, Twitter etc), pulling together demos and collateral for tradeshows, PR and messaging


  • 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or project manager (or similar support role).
  • Demonstrated history of working with internal, external and Board level constituents
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional Microsoft Powerpoint, WORD and Excel skills
  • An ability to coordinate multiple complicated schedules
  • Booking travel, setting up and coordinating meetings and events, employee engagement events
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize several deadlines at once and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • History of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Self-starter, excellent communication, time management skills
  • Background in outbound marketing, social media marketing a plus
  • 4-Year College Degree or certificate in Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience

Job Type: Full-time, work in office, minimum salary $75K
