Job Description: This position will be reporting directly to the office manager and will help support in a variety of roles. Job duties include assisting accounting with entering payroll timesheets into system, processing invoices, answering phones, etc. Data entry is heavily involved in this role and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Minimum 5 years of previous administrative assistant/support experience
- Previous accounting related experience required
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and follow detailed instructions
