Relationship Account Manager

Kimberbell is an energetic and quickly growing machine embroidery company. We are looking for an experienced Relationship Account Manager to join our Sales team.

Kimberbell was established in 2009 in beautiful Logan, Utah, located in the Cache Valley of Northern Utah. We produce machine embroidery designs, project materials, project books, subscription boxes, and events.

Job Title: Relationship Account Manager

Department/Group: Sales

Position Type: Full-time (37-40 hours/wk)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers.

Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.

Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.

Ability to perform light clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.

Work with different departments to ensure proper delivery of products.

Maintain and keep organized customer orders and company records.

Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.

Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.

Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

High school Diploma required, College education a plus.

Proficient with Google products and NetSuite preferred.

1-3 years of experience in Customer Service.

Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally required to lift/carry items less than 25 pounds.

Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
