Job Description

 

We are looking for a customer service representative who will act as a liaison between the customer and our company, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging issues that our customer’s might face with accuracy and efficiency. This is a role that requires high levels of attention to detail as well as maintaining a calm, patient demeanor when resolving any issues with the customer that may arise.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Resolve product and/or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution for the situation, expediting the correction and making sure all information is accurate, following up with the customer afterwards, all via phone and email.

·         Ensure full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor throughout the conversation with the customer.

·         Compile customer information to recommend potential products or services to management to better serve customer needs.

·         Manage large amounts of emails and information.

·        Maintain close contact with customers to provide updates on progress of a solution and build customer trust through open and interactive conversation

·        Refer any unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation

·         Process orders, refunds, exchanges, adjustments, and other requests via CRM Software

  Qualifications:

·        Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

·        Ability to build rapport with clients

·        Ability to prioritize, multitask and strong attention to detail

·        Positive and professional demeanor

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Advanced Computer skills

·        Conflict Resolution

Experience:

·        Customer Service (2 years), E-commerce preferred

·        Customer Interaction (2 years)

·        Sales (1 year preferred)

Schedule Requirements:

·        Must be able to work assigned shift and must be able to work 8:00am-4:30pm

·        Position is full-time

·        Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday

·        Some weekend and overtime shifts required during big launches and holidays
