Job Description


Kids On The Move is looking for a full-time executive assistant with outstanding organizational skills to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Operations and supports the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer as well as a group of people dedicated to empowering families and serving children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO and COO
  • Answer calls for COO and CEO, and respond as appropriate
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Write and review documents
  • Draft correspondence
  • Prepare Board meeting material and reporting
  • Coordinate and organize company events and functions
  • Assist Development Director in coordinating fundraising events as directed by COO
  • Prepare monthly reports, metrics, and finance narratives
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Finance, Business, English, or other relevant subject
  • At least 3 years experience as an executive or administrative assistant or equivalent job experience
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Suite
  • Availability to consistently work a standard schedule each week of 40 hours, with occasional evening and weekend work, as needed
  • Must have access to a properly functioning and reliable vehicle, have a current driver's license, and auto insurance that meets at least Utah State minimum requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Extremely proficient in Excel
