Early Intervention Service Coordinator

Kids On The Move, Inc. (KOTM) is a nonprofit organization located in Orem, UT. KOTM supports the development of young children and families by "empowering families, one child at a time." KOTM provides services through five main programs: Early Intervention, Early Head Start, Child Care, Respite Care and KOTM's Autism Center.

Our Early Intervention team is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as an advocate for families in our Early Intervention program and work as a case manager to ensure each client receives the quality services they need.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Provide accurate and helpful strategies and information about typical and atypical child development to clients and potential clients
• Manage multiple caseloads while maintaining an individualized approach for each family
• Ensure that procedural safeguards and Federal/State regulations are maintained
• Guide the team (especially the parents) through the IFSP process
• Establish and maintain relationships of trust, communication, and consistency with parents
• Utah Early Intervention credential within 6 months of employment

Preferred:

• Bilingual Spanish/English
