Career Opportunity Executive Director

Education: Minimum undergraduate degree from a creditable college or university preferably with a concentration on Social Services, Business or Early Childhood Education. A Master's Degree is preferable but not a requirement.

Experience: Minimum of five years in a leadership capacity demonstrating abilities in program management, staff development, fiscal management and the ability to work with a Board of Directors.

Job Summary: Kids Central, Inc. is looking for a Executive Director who wants to work in an established program of service delivery managing and directing the Early Head Start and Head Start programs for Wise and Dickenson counties and the City of Norton. Kids Central, Inc. employs a staff of 100 professionals and paraprofessionals serving 324 children. The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of the program.

The base pay range for this position is $72,862 - $113,847 per year. Pay is based on applicant skills and experience and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
