We stand out as a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) that prioritizes high-quality, personalized service. We're currently seeking a technically skilled Level 2 IT Technician to join our team.
About the Role
As our Level 2 IT Technician, you will play a vital role in our IT support services department, using your technical acumen to deliver second-level support to our clients. You will diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues, manage client IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, and assist in implementing industry-standard security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert-level technical support to our clients
- Accurately diagnosing and resolving escalated hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Proactively managing and maintaining client IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Ensuring the implementation and management of robust security protocols in line with industry best practices
- Collaborating with other IT team members and third-party vendors for equipment and software procurement, setup, and support
About You
You're an IT specialist with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. You have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
You have excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent are a significant plus.
