We handle all training for our team hands on. We are looking to teach, train, and develop a manager from the ground up. This is an entry level position because the candidate chosen will not have worked for this company previously. Learning information about the company and in-depth details about the particular clients will all be new information. Candidates with prior experience as a CSM should excel very quickly during the training period. Promotions are based on self-performance. It’s not a comparison race.
