Customer Service and Data Entry

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service and Data Entry to fill openings with one of the leading companies located in the West Mifflin area. This position is a great opportunity that offers opportunity for growth with 100% paid benefits.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative and Data Entry

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Available shifts: (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) (11:30 AM - 7:30 PM) (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) Some of these scheduled shifts could include rotating weekends.
  • Training would be for a month onsite and then you would be able to work remotely with the company providing all the equipment necessary to work remotely until everyone one comes back to the office.
  • 45 WPM + typing speed
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within critical time frames
  • Ability to pass a background check/Federal DOT Drug Test

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative and Data Entry

  • Inbound calls only and does not contain any type of sales calls. You would be dealing with existing clients
  • Customer Service Representative communicates with customers and representatives from corporate departments to independently and accurately enter customer information into the database system.
  • Customer Service Representative verifies customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  • Update customer accounts as needed, including but not limited to account contact information, telephone numbers and emergency contacts.
  • Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to the database for accuracy.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
