We are hiring a English Speakers Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. We are looking for Outstanding Customer Service Representative. We handle the customer service for Kern Radiology here in California.
Wednesday - Sunday 10:00am to 8:00pm
Friday - Tuesday 10:00am to 8:00pm.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Answering hundreds of calls daily.
* Proven customer support experience
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Strong Microsoft Outlook experience, sending hundreds of emails
* Excellent english communication and presentation skills
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
