Job Description

The Product Customer Care Representative will follow the protocols set forth for the warehouse including customer service skills such as answering the phone, emails and internal team communications. Other duties include picking, packing, shipping, receiving and fulfillment as it relates to preparing it for same-day shipping.

 

Responsibilities
 

  • Product sales and fulfillments 

    • Cultivates and maintains excellent business relationships with internal and external customers. 

    • Trains and works with ecommerce sales to fulfill orders in a professional and timely manner

    • Manages offers and discounts on the products 

    • Shipping and tracking

    • Follows all policies and procedures

 

  • Inventory Management 

    • Assists with inventory taking 

    • Works with other departments to fulfill their orders on time. 

    • Restocks and organizes product shelves when needed

 

  • Customer Service

    • Cultivates a good customer rapport with clients

    • able to respond in a timely and professional manner

    • solution driven: able to troubleshoot and come up with improvements

    • continues to train in technology and keep processes updated

    • communicates effectively about products and keeps knowledge base on products

    •  

 

  • Team Member

    • Works with Business Team for wholesale pricing and product distribution

    • Become an integral member of team to build the Kerala Ayurveda product business in the US

    • communicates effectively with all team members and informs them of product information

 

  • Work Environment

    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

    • Stay in compliance with all OSHA and government regulations; maintaining an organized, safe and sanitary work environment.

 

Education and Experience
 

  • College degree or equivalent, with a  minimum of 1-2 years professional experience.

  • Preferred 2-4 years of product retail customer service experience

  • Prior experience in retail software and/or database management

  • Previous experience in a Wellness Center, Ayurveda or herbal knowledge is a plus.

 

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
 

  • Maintain the highest level of customer service 

  • Ability to work independently

  • Takes initiative when problems arise.

  • Attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills

  • Must be able to support and contribute to team goals.
