Maintains effective communication with customers to meet customers needs. Receives customer orders and ensures proper entry into the computer system. Liaison between outside sales and production. Works with production and traffic to ensure efficient production and shipping output. Must be able to deal effectively with customers and be able to find resolution for customer issues. Be proficient in monitoring customer forecasting and inventory level. May require occasional travel. The position requires great attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and prior experience in the steel industry. Candidate must have proficient computer skills.
