Opportunity to coordinate event planning (e.g., meetings, banquets, parties, etc.) for internal and external conference center clients to include coordinating details and services, arranging rooms and demonstrating use of equipment.  Provide support to conference center manager with management activities. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. Two years event planning or similar experience. OR five years event planning or similar experience

Communications and Marketing Specialist– Dean, CAE – [Job #986930] – Kent Campus –Kent, OH  Opportunity to produce and provide project support and oversight of tasks that involve electronic and print marketing (web publishing, emails, multi-media and maintenance of web pages) for a campus, College or department while ensuring University brand standards are utilized. Reports to Manager, Communications and Marketing or designated supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or relevant field or one year of additional experience may be substituted for each year of the education requirement. Three months experience with Content Management Systems, website maintenance and support Microsoft Applications, web-based communications and design.

Digital and Social Media Specialist– Dean, CAE – [Job #986926] – Kent Campus –Kent, OH  Opportunity to manage the day-to-day use of interactive, digital, and social media to engage prospective students and families in an effort to drive conversions, applications, and enrollment of future students. Reports to designated supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, web development, computer science, or related field. Two years managing digital marketing platforms and web content systems or related experience.

Academic Laboratory Manager– Dean, CAE – [Job #988837] – Kent Campus –Kent, OH  Opportunity to manage instructional and research operations of a scientific laboratory, research facility or student resource center. Reports to designated supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; four years of related laboratory experience.
