Century City law firm seeks an Administrative Secretary with 2 years of legal clerical support experience to support a partner and two associates, and provide overflow assistance when needed and available. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents and correspondence; entering attorney timesheets; arranging travel; maintaining client files and attorney calendars; and handling phones. The qualified Administrative Secretary will have Word advanced features skills, be highly organized, and able to prioritize competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication and proofreading skills are essential. The hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary is up to $65,000
