Job Description

A Baltimore real estate investment company has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their team. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of property operations and leasing office.
  • Assure that resident income and asset certifications and re-certifications are uniformly completed with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Coordinate the maintenance of property grounds and service requests.
  • Handle all aged delinquency collection practices.
  • The processing of all renewals.
  • Handle all leasing of showing apartments and following up on traffic.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
  • Help manage efficient rental collections, rent postings, and daily deposits.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals, leasing benchmarks, and resident retention.
  • Support outreach initiatives that effectively market/promote the property.
  • Understand the current sub-market and mentor others to ensure their comprehension.
  • Contribute to resident satisfaction and the achievement of property goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least four years of property management experience
  • At least two years of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience preferred
