Junior Plumber / Service Technician

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow in the plumbing trade. Can clearly demonstrate 1+ years of experience in a related field of work or study.

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced plumbers with the install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Drain clearing, toilet/faucet repairs, water heater installs, gas/water/sewer line repairs, learn to manage a job from start to finish with limited supervision
• Learn and adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations
• Use hand and power tools to cut and join pipes
• Clean and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
• Willing to work overnights & early mornings
• Willing to work on-call rotation. As well as holidays if on-call.
• WIlling to travel within the state on special calls

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn the plumbing trade
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding role, including bending, crouching, and lifting heavy objects
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass drug screen clearance

*** This is a full-time W2 position with a competitive salary and benefits package. This is NOT a contractor position.
