Account Manager Job Purpose: Main point of contact with clients Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1. Main point of contact between Kenmore and client. 2. Open communication with clients from start to finish for all jobs. 3. Works closely with CEO, COO and Sales team. 4. Handles requests for bids. Provides previous jobs / bid information to estimating and sales for pricing. 5. Enter jobs into our operating system designed for envelope manufacturing. Provide previous jobs if able to for reference.

Provide a sample from previous jobs for printing to match for color. 6. Receive artwork and work closely with prepress in having it set up for client to approve. Provide reference information from previous jobs if applicable. 7. Communication with scheduling and shipping departments to be sure each job is on schedule. 8. Distribute approved orders to plant operations for manufacturing. 9. Communicate inventory needs on a job to job basis with company buyer(s). 10. Double check other account managers’ jobs to ensure accurateness. 11. Send billing information to accounting and communicate any specific needs clients may request. 12. Check samples for quality and send to clients. 13. Provides backup/support when other Account Managers are out or need assistance. 14. Work as part of a team as well as independently to accomplish goals.
