We are seeking a highly driven, Licensed full-time real estate salesperson to turn our buyer leads into 3+ closed deals per month.
At Kendrick Realty, we invest heavily in a small team of talented and driven agents. Our agents spend all their time converting leads into closings, not farming, marketing, or working their sphere. - Conduct 5-10 client property showings per week
- Call, text, e-mail, and schedule meetings to nurture client leads
- Share your expertise and help clients navigate the home buying process
- Organize and update leads via custom CRM platform
- Write offers and facilitate escrow, making heavy use of transaction coordinator
- Work primarily with residential real estate sales
- Work nights and weekends - successful agents work 6 days/week, 10 hours/day
- Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing
- Self-driven and can consistently work very hard
- Coachable and loves learning and growing
- Organized and very good at time management
- Skilled at overcoming objections and navigating past a “no”
- Extremely enthusiastic about technology
- Charismatic and can get along with anyone
- Knowledgeable in the real estate process and contracts
- Prefer 2+ years of experience and 10+ closed transactions
